This house had plenty of space but it wasn’t being used effectively and there was an old conservatory that needed replacing. So with a new rear extension we created a lovely family home with a huge L shaped open plan living area and plenty of home office spaces. No extra bedroom but a lovely master suite with a balcony, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The build was managed by Lee from Lee Burbury Construction.
Client’s comments: Nicola drew up the plans for our two-storey extension to our 1950s house. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and really knows her stuff. She was also full of great ideas and came up with some creative solutions for us. Our builder said that her plans were the best he’d seen in a long time. Highly recommended.
