Usually it’s a lovely 60s box. I love a 60s box – I have one. Generous room sizes, large windows and a big plot big but lacking in the looks department. It doesn’t usually take much to improve the kerb appeal. Everyone has added white render and grey windows – if you like that look then fine but I will be talking to you about alternatives. I have theory that in 10-20 years unaltered 60s boxes will be really sort after – lets see. Sometimes a well-designed porch and updated windows can work miracles. Remodelling might not be about the outside you might have plenty of space, don’t need an extension but no flow. Spaces not working, no storage, not enough bathrooms. I am a layout wizard – let me work my magic. You can usually know down any wall in a house, I am yet to find one you can’t.
