The clients for this project were keen to maximise their kitchen space. In a conservation area there can be restrictions on the type of extension you can do. In this case we had to use a glazed roof with a maximum eaves height of 2m and we had to step the new extension 100mm back from the original rear of the house. Despite this we managed to create a stunning new kitchen space. The roof and doors were supplied by Fox Windows, the kitchen by Will Mundy and the build was managed by James Mann Construction.
